Favourite at home workouts from around the web

Sometimes it's just more convenient to work out at home, especially now it's getting colder here in Stockholm and it's not as fun to jog. Therefore, I have put together a short list of my favourite at-home workouts that are good if you're short for time, or even travelling.

I find that there are a lot of workout videos online and it's hard to choose just one, especially when they all have similar names (and you know nothing about exercise, like me). Therefore, these are my tried and tested go-to videos that work for me if I'm short for time and have no equipment.

1. 10- min Barrecore Workout

I feel like barrecore had a lot of hype in the past year and think that's mostly because It's a low impact high intensity workout which is also quite fun. I found that it does look easier than it actually is though.

2. HIITilates New Years Slimdown Workout

Judging by the name of this, I must have found this at the beginning of the year. This basically, as the name suggests, is a HITT workout and Pilates in one. This one is great if you're looking for a quick high intensity workout.

3. Victoria Secret Workout - POPSUGAR Fitness

Despite this being a 'Victoria Secret' workout, I actually find this one is less demanding than the other videos - good if you're looking for a focused leg workout. I find most of the POPSUGAR Fitness videos are varied and fun.

4. Yoga with Adrian

I've linked the whole YouTube channel because, in my opinion, it's the best free yoga channel on the internet, she has a whole variety of videos ranging from Yoga for Back Pain to Bedtime Yoga.

5. The Workout You Need to Do If You Sit All Day

Not actually a video, but it does have mini GIFs to show you how each workout is done. I think the name of this one pretty much explains in all. It does need a few bits of equipment, however, I just substitute large water bottles instead of weights.

Let me know below if you have any favourite online workouts!
