Spring make up look: Benefit Feelin Dandy lip and cheek set

As the weather had been so sunny the past weekend (here in the south of England) it was the perfect time to crack out the summer dresses and the pastel make up palettes.

The Benefit Dandelion blusher in particular I have been wanting to try for a while and I finally picked it up from the Benefit counter - spurred on by the good weather - and I must say I wasn't disappointed.

The set contains the Benefit Dandelion blusher, Posie Tint, High Beam highlighter (another one I have been wanting to try for a while) and the Dandelion lip gloss. All of the products lived up to the hype and offer the perfect spring look in my opinion. The blusher is great for pale skin as it gives a subtle, natural looking pastel pink glow; the highlighter adds the perfect amount of shimmery highlight, and the tint adds a delicate pinky hue to the lips and/or cheeks. The lip gloss was the one I was dubious about as I could tell it had some glitter in it, something I don't usually like, but when on it adds a nice sheen without an overly sparkly look. The gloss is also not sticky like other glosses I've tried - making it perfect for the spring wind.

The set also comes with a tiny mirror - perfect for on-the-go make up application, as well as a little application booklet telling you how to use each product.

This set is perfect for someone who wants to try out a new look and doesn't mind spending £25 on miniature versions. For me, the smaller products are the perfect size as I never seem to get through the full size products before I have to throw the away, and these products are sure to last me all
spring!
